Deactivate anyone who's left — this never deletes their attendance/leave history, it just removes them from the kiosk's face-matching roster and every "active staff" list. Reactivate brings them straight back. Nothing here is destructive.

If the same person accidentally ended up with two registrations, pick which one to keep — every attendance/leave record on the other one moves onto the one you keep, then the duplicate is deactivated (not deleted).
